YOGA: HathaYOGA: Hatha

EARLY MORNING

Unlike the faster-paced flow of Vinyasa yoga, which focuses on continuous movement synchronized with breath, Hatha yoga emphasizes holding postures for several breaths, allowing time to deepen into each pose and refine alignment. In this beginner-friendly class, we will move through a series of foundational postures (asanas), incorporating breath-work (pranayama) and moments of stillness to cultivate a calm and focused mind. Whether you’re new to yoga or looking to slow down and reconnect with your practice, this class offers the perfect opportunity to build a strong foundation.

EARLY MORNING

In this class, students will flow through sequences of Sun Salutations and standing postures, linking breath with movement and work to build strength and endurance. Class will also offer dynamic transitions, working towards a peak pose or targeting a specific body part and sail into a sweet savasana.

YOGA: Weekend Stretch + VinyasaYOGA: Weekend Stretch + Vinyasa

LATE MORNING CLASS

This mixed-level class draws from various yoga styles to enhance mind-body awareness. To deepen those connections, practices typically include vinyasana (flow) as well as a few minutes of guided meditation and pranayama (breath exercise) to improve overall strength, balance, and flexibility.
